This Privacy Policy explains how the Filament Drying Guide app (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

The App itself does not require an account and does not ask you for any personal information such as your name, email address, or location. All of your in-app choices (selected filament, drying method, timer settings) are stored only on your device.

2. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process certain information, which can include:

• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)
• Approximate (non-precise) location derived from IP address
• Device information and app interaction/diagnostics used for ad delivery and fraud prevention

This data is collected directly by Google in accordance with Google’s policies. 3. Notifications

With your permission, the App sends a local notification when a drying timer you started finishes. These notifications are generated on your device and are not sent to us or any third party.

4. Permissions

• Internet / Network state — required to load advertisements.
• Notifications — to alert you when a drying timer completes.
• Exact alarms / Receive boot completed — to keep the drying timer accurate and restore a running timer after the device restarts.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your choices

You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads), where you can also delete or reset your Advertising ID.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
